Erin Fukuda is an interdisciplinary yoga therapist, personal trainer and co-founder of MostFit. Erin enjoys sharing her passion in fitness, yoga, mindfulness, and being in nature, as these were the tools that helped her overcome many hardships, including eating disorders, low self esteem and injuries. Erin says, “Our body is an amazing vehicle that can be used to facilitate change and recognize our infinite potential. As the body gets stronger, more balanced and flexible, the mind follows.” So, too, does a sense of well-being and self-confidence that is celebrated in all facets of her work.
Erin approaches health and well-being holistically, understanding that each individual is unique. She provides a safe and compassionate space to empower her clients to feel good from the inside out by learning to breathe, move, listen and nurture their bodies in a way that cultivates balance, strength, well-being and self love. Erin left her corporate job in luxury retail a decade ago to follow her heart and share what she loves. She has worked at gyms and yoga studios in her community, taught corporate wellness classes at eating disorder clinics and drug and alcohol rehab centers, and for corporations big and small. Her clientele include everyone and every body from reluctant newbies to Olympians and pro athletes, entrepreneurs, entertainers, teens, baby boomers, seniors, veterans, retirees, fitness aficionados, weekend warriors and those with special needs.
Erin is a recreational gardener, hiker, rock climber, animal lover, traveler, essential oil enthusiast and martial arts practitioner.
